We would like to thank you for your reservation with us and your booking is soon completed, please follow the 3 points below:
1. Details of your reservation have just been sent to you in a confirmation email with an attached Booking Confirmation / Invoice with our payment details.
Your booking will be completed once you have made your first payment, latest within 3 days. (If not the property will go back to available status again)
2. You make your payment via Direct Bank Transfer. Please use your Booking ID as the payment reference.
3. After your payment is received you will receive a confirmation email from us and your booking is then completed. Normally within 2-3 bank days, latest 4-5 bank days.
Please send us an email when you have made your payment and we will replay back when your payment has arrived.
Arrival Information:
Your arrival information such as key code to the property, information about activities, rental car etc. have now been send to you and will also be resent to you 14 days before your arrival date.
Payment Terms:
- Bookings made less than 60 days before arrival, will pay the full amount in the first payment.
- Bookings made with more than 60 days before arrival, will pay 30% of the full amount when making the booking and then you make the final 70% payment, 60 days before arrival date.
Property Damage Deposit:
All our properties has got a damage deposit, the damage deposit is paid upon final payment and refunded 7 days after your departure date from the property, to your bankaccount.
Damage Deposit Amounts for the whole stay:
Apartment: 150 Euro
Town House: 150 Euro
House/Villa: 300 Euro
