Spacious modern town house in Nerja with roof terrace and Jacuzzi

The town house Goya 3 is a corner house on two floors with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large roof terrace.

The house is located in a genuine Spanish quarter and is centrally located in Nerja near the main street and the bus station. Here you get to experience the Spanish everyday life up close.

The town house is located close to Nerja’s cozy center as well as all services such as restaurants, local small shops, grocery stores and the local market. You also have access to Nerja’s beaches, which are only a short walk from the property.

The corner house Goya 3 has on the ground floor a newly renovated bright, large and open kitchen with living room. And a spacious bedroom and bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people.

On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms and living room have got an air-condition unit.

Then you go up to a large roof terrace of 64 square meters. The roof terrace has a sunroof with a nice outdoor kitchen and fridge as well as a nice seating area for cozy dinners. On the terrace there are also 4 sunbeds for nice days in the sun.

On the roof terrace there is also a Jacuzzi/SPA bath with 5 places, 3 of which are massage places, as well as an outdoor shower. From the roof terrace you have a fantastic view of Nerja’s surrounding mountains and Nerja city.

Directions

Directions from Malaga airport to the apartment at the address Avenida de Las Palmeras 68, Nerja.

1. Drive from Malaga Airport and onto the A-7 motorway in the direction of Almeria, Motril. Here you follow the signage throughout Malaga, you now have 45 minutes drive to Nerja
2. When you see the first signs Nerja you wait to turn off from the Motorway, you choose the exit number 933. Here you drive on the signage Nerja and you have a petrolstation on the right hand side with name Cepsa
3. You turn right and follow the sign Nerja, you drive 500 meter and you come to a round about and you turn right in this round about
4. You drive 150 meter and then you turn right in to the street Avenida de Las Palmeras
5. Drive until you see number 68 and then you park your car along the parking place on the street. On the entreé of the house you find a key box, you open the key box with the 4 digit code that you received in your booking confirmation.
