Spacious modern corner house in Nerja with private roof terrace and SPA/Jacuzzi.

C/Goya 3 is a private house on two floors with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large roof terrace.
On the terrace there is a sunroof an outdoor kitchen, and gas barbecue.

The house is located in a genuine Spanish area and is centrally located in Nerja, near the Main
Street, schools and the bus station with a lot of Spanish family life around.

C/Goya 3 is located close to Nerja’s cozy centre as well as all services such as restaurants, local
small shops, grocery stores and the local market. You also have access to Nerja’s beaches which
are only a short walk from the property.

The corner house C/Goya 3 has on the ground floor a newly renovated bright, large and open
kitchen with living room. And a spacious bedroom and bathroom with shower. In the living room
there is a sofa bed for 2 people.

On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms

Directions

Directions from Malaga airport to the town house at the address Calle Goya 3, Nerja.

1. Drive from Malaga airport onto the E-15 motorway in the direction of Almeria, Motril. Here you follow the signage throughout Malaga, you now have a 45 minute drive to Nerja
2. When you see the first signs for Nerja, choose exit number 933. Here you drive on the signs for Nerja
3. You turn right and follow the sign Nerja, you drive through two roundabouts and you just keep straight ahead through the roundabouts to Nerja.
4. At the third roundabout, turn left and drive towards the center of Nerja. Continue driving on road N-340 that goes through Nerja, you drive until you reach the third roundabout, there is a shop China Home and Iranzo supermarket, here you turn left on the third street that goes left, it’s called Calle Zurbaran.
5. Then turn left on the third road that goes to the left, it is road “Calle Murillo”. Drive to the first four-way intersection and there you will see the gray corner house Calle Goya 3 on the left side.
6. You park the car along the road, or at the parking lot that is further along the same road. You will find a code lock in the entrance door. You open this using your four-digit code that you received in your booking confirmation.
