A spacious townhouse with garden and sea views in the popular Capistrano Village area.

Welcome to Los Naranjos 15A, a great townhouse located in the desirable and child-friendly area of ​​Capistrano Village. The Capistrano Village area offers an oasis of comfort and convenience with two pool areas that together house a total of five pools, bar and restaurant.

This terraced house comprises 106 square meters, spread over two floors. At the main entrance, you are welcomed by a spacious and airy living room with an open plan that smoothly merges with the kitchen. On the entrance floor you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and an associated bathroom. From the living room, you can step straight out onto a large sunny south-facing terrace and enjoy the breathtaking sea view. From here, the stairs lead down to the garden, perfect for relaxing and playing.

On the ground floor, there are two more spacious bedrooms, furnished with double beds or two single beds, as well as a decorated bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the cozy patio.

The Capistrano Village area, where the townhouse is located, is known for its very well-kept gardens and picturesque whitewashed houses with cozy corridors and two large nice pool areas.

Nerja is a genuine and charming city with fantastic views of mountains and sea. There is everything from good food, culture and small hidden beaches as well as cozy mountain villages. The area offers beautiful nature where you can hike, cycle, climb, dive, etc. Nerja is also only 1.5 hours from the Sierra Nevada ski resort. There are also nice golf courses nearby. In other words, there is something for everyone in Nerja!

Directions

Directions from Malaga airport to the town house at the address Calle Los Naranjos 15A, Nerja

1. You drive from Malaga Airport and on the highway E-15 in the direction of Almeria, Motril. Here follow the signs through the entire Malaga, you now have a 45-minute drive to Nerja
2. When you see the first signs “Nerja” wait to turn off the highway until the last exit, you shall turn of at exit 929.
Here, you follow the sign “Nerja”.
3. You arrive in Nerja and the first roundabout in Nerja, here you drive straight through the roundabout and continue forward until reach the next roundabout, in the roundabout you turn the first right up to Capistrano Village. 
4. You will now enter the Capistrano Village area, the road divides in two and you turn left to Calle de Ronda and follow the road in 400 meters approx.
5. You park your car along the Calle de Ronda road and you walk to the pathway with the sign “Calle Los Naranjos”. You walk this road until you come to an open area with green lawn and you take left and then you see the property in front of you on your left hand side “Los Naranjos 15A”. The entre you find with taking the staircase to the second floor. You find a key box at the entré door. This you open with your keycode that you received in the booking confirmation.
