Description of Townhouse Canarias 6

Spacious Townhouse centrally located in Nerja with roof terrace!

This nice and very spacious townhouse is located in the Burriana area in a small urbanization: Pueblo Mediterraneo, centrally located in Nerja. The town house is only 5 minutes walk from Burriana beach which is Nerja’s largest and finest beach and 10 – 15 minutes walk to Nerja’s cozy center and 5 minutes walk to a large food store.

The townhouse has three west-facing terraces with sun from lunch and throughout the evening. There are also two patios on the ground level, one of which is in a small garden with two citrus trees and the other is a few meters from the pleasant and well-kept pool area.

The communal pool is located near the house and is open from April to October.

The 126 square meter big townhouse is divided into 3 floors. The first floor consists of a large room with an attached bathroom and patio with small garden. Up to 4 people sleeps here. The bedroom contains a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. This bedroom is perfect for one family or a group of children!

Floor 2 consists of a kitchen, a small laundry room with washing machine and sink and a spacious living room with sofas and a large dining table. From the living room you go directly out onto the lovely terrace, which has a dining area for 8 people, a weber gas grill and a large awning.

Floor 3 consists of a bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a small terrace and the other bedroom has two single beds.

The roof terrace is another floor up and here you have sunbeds and parasol in a private location, with sun from lunch to late evening.

Nerja is a genuine and charming city with fantastic views of mountains and sea. There is everything from good food, culture and small hidden beaches as well as cozy mountain villages.

The area offers beautiful nature where you can hike, cycle, climb, dive, etc. Nerja is also only 1.5 hours from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.

There are also nice golf courses nearby. In other words, there is something for everyone in Nerja!

Directions

Directions from Malaga airport to the apartment at the address Calle Canarias 6 at Burriana, Nerja.

1. Drive from Malaga Airport and onto the E-15 motorway in the direction of Almeria, Motril. Here you follow the signage throughout Malaga, you now have 45 minutes drive to Nerja
2. When you see the first signs Nerja you wait to turn off from the Motorway, you choose the last exit number 933. Here you drive on the signage Nerja
3. You turn right and follow the sign Nerja, you drive through two round abouts and you just keep straight forward to Nerja.
4. In the third round about you turn left and drive against Nerja centre. Keep driving on road N-340 straight through Nerja until you you come to a roundabout with a sign P-Burriana (resturant Asiatico) here you turn right agains the ocean.
5. Turn left on the first on the first road that goes to left, it is Call Canarias road. Drive on this road until you find Calle Canarias 6, you have the town house on your right hand side.
6. You park the car along the road, from here you find number 6. You find a key cabinet at the entrance. You open this with the help of your four-digit code that you received in your booking confirmation.
