Beautiful Villa Situated in the peaceful urbanization of Tamango Hill, just on the outskirts of Nerja and 600m away from the nearest beach. Offering amazing Sea views, large private swimming pool, various terraces and space for up to 7 guests.
When entering there is a large gated private parking space for up to two cars, the living space is distributed over 2 floors and consists of the following: the ground floor has one small bedroom with a single bed and a wardrobe, a guest toilet, a fully-fitted kitchen that is equipped with all the necessary utensils, crockery, fridge-freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
The joint living/dining room is furnished with an extendable table and chairs, a comfortable 3-seater sofa and two lounge chairs. There is Wi-Fi internet, national TV and hot/cold air conditioning.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a master bedroom with one double bed, AC with hot - cold air and direct access to a south-facing balcony furnished with a sun lounging chair, a table and two chairs. From here you can appreciate the amazing sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds, AC with hot/cold air and built-in wardrobes. Both these rooms share a large family bathroom with bathtub.
From the living room on the main floor there is direct access to the outside space with various different areas:
a private swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols, sun heated shower, a sitting area and a dining area for eating al fresco.
On the left side of the terrace there is a beautiful chill out zone with a comfortable sofa, table and BBQ. From here there are some steps that take you to the children’s play area with a small play house with a slide and a sand box with toys. There are sunbeds in this area too so you can enjoy the sun and watch your children
At the bottom of the pool area there are steps leading to a private studio / bedroom fitted with a double bed, storage units, AC with hot - cold air, Wi-Fi and shower room. Note that this room is separate to the main villa and has its own entrance.
