The apartment is centrally located, yet quiet and secluded, close to restaurants and supermarkets.
The apartment Capistrano 21 is a fresh, modern and spacious new build apartment of 103 m2. The apartment has got one terrace and one large patio, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers, a light and airy kitchen and living room.
The modern kitchen is generously equipped with all the necessary equipment and has direct access to the living room. The apartment has two modern and fresh bathrooms with shower and toilet. The living room is bright and airy with big windows looking out on to the terrace. There is a nice sofa, armchair and a TV. The kitchen area has got a dining table, and direct access via glas door to the large west facing terrace. The terrace has got a nice dining place.
The master bedroom has direct access to the large patio where you can relax in a nice sofa or in the chairs at the table reading a book or playing with the kids. The second bedroom is equipped with one Childrens bunkbed and one single bed.
The swimming pool is very close just 30 meters away, located in the complex. This is a nice place to enjoy the sun on the sunbeds at the pool or sit in the shade and enjoy the view of the sea and Nerja.
Very close to the apartment there is a big indoor swimming pool, padel court, indoor gym and an athletic arena where you can do exercises and training for a small amount.
Nerja is a charming city with low-rise buildings and fantastic views of mountains and sea. Here there is a so-called microclimate with approx. 320 sunny days a year thanks to the region being sheltered between two mountains. Here you can find everything from good food, culture and small hidden beaches as well as cozy mountain villages. The area offers beautiful nature where you can hike, cycle, climb, dive, etc. Nerja is also only 1.5 hours from the Sierra Nevada ski resort and one hour from the Alhambra, the most famous attraction in all of Andalucia. Just 15 minutes up in the mountains from Nerja is one of Spain’s most picturesque villages, Frigiliana.
There are several nice golf courses nearby, the nearest 15 minutes away. If you are looking for an excursion to a big city, there is a lot to see and do in Malaga.
DIRECTIONS
Directions from Malaga airport to the apartment at the address calle Lucena 19, Nerja.
1. You drive from Malaga Airport and on the highway E-15 in the direction of Almeria, Motril. Here follow the signs through the entire Malaga, you now have a 45-minute drive to Nerja
2. When you see the first signs “Nerja” wait to turn off the highway until the last exit to Nerja, you shall turn of at exit 929.
Here, you follow the sign “Nerja”.
3. You arrive in Nerja and the first roundabout in Nerja, you continue to drive straight through the roundabout.
4. You come to a second roundabout and here you drive through the roundabout and directly after the roundabout you follow the road slightly to the right, driving down to Carrefour supermarket,
5. When you come to Carrefour supermarket you turn right, having Carrefour on your right-hand side.
4. Follow the road forward a couple of 100 meters then the road splits and you continue on Calle Neptuno 100 meters
5. Then turn left on Calle Jupiter follow the road 50 meters and park on the right-hand side you have the Capistrano 21 complex on your left-hand side
6. Go to the gate “Capistrano 21” and enter your keycode that you got when you made your booking
